This is the best pork tenderloin recipe I have ever made! I'm not a huge fan of pork tenderloin in general, but this recipe has changed my mind about this cut. Aside from being perfectly cooked so that it remains moist, it has a bold flavor and amazing creme brulee type of texture coating as well. Thanks!!!
