- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Trim the top stem from squash. Use a sharp, heavy knife to cut the squash in half lengthwise. Remove membranes and seeds with a spoon and discard.

It was slightly wet due to the liquid from the squash and i did not use any cream but used milk instead. I included cumin which gave it a nice asian touch and it went well with the baked salmon.
