Delicious! Made a double recipe, I didn't have enough potato, so i added sweet potato. I also roasted the onion and the garlic with the pumpkin, (quartered the onion and left the garlic cloves whole). Added seasoning, pinches of all of these: cumin, smoked salt, allspice, cardamom, coriander seed, siracha and ginger.

Excellent soup. On it’s own, following the instructions to the letter, I’d say the end flavor lies pretty neutral. With that said, it leaves a pleasant amount of wiggle room for you to add extra salt, spices, etc, to your liking and make the soup sing, which I believe was partially intended to be the case with this recipe anyways.

Pretty good, made for my mom since she just got her wisdom teeth pulled. I added a little hot honey for garnish

Excellent, better than I expected. Made a double batch, and used fewer potatoes, but otherwise as written. I highly recommend.

Easy recipe to follow. Simple, cheap, tasty. Went down well with everyone. Although the kids liked to add ten ton of grated cheese to theirs!

It was good, family liked it a lot. I made per directions with no deviations. I felt it could have used a little something more, like maybe some creme fraiche at the end (but I had none). Overall a pretty simple and tasty pumpkin soup.
