So good my husband requested I make this again. I made it with corn beef for st paddy’s day will make it again with corn beef hash soon

It was okay. I did not use the brown butter. Still, probably not a recipe I will come back to.

I had a red cabbage that I needed to use so I tried this with a pork roast. I used the butter version and I thought it was ok but hubby not a fan. He would have preferred a different veggie.

Great but I would suggest that you put less sugar in initially and add more half way through as needed. The sweetness depends a lot on how large the cabbage is.

Thought it was very good, left out the clove (hate clove) I did add the butter and it took away the sharp taste of the vinegar Will make again

I made it for my mother-in-law. She said it was good. I was thankful it didn’t stink up my kitchen.
