- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
- 6 cups dried apricots (whole)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 3 1/2 cups nuts (coarsely chopped assorted, I used pecans and walnuts)
- 2 cups lekvar (apricot, recipe above or apricot marmalade could work too.)
- 2 cups dried fruits (assorted, I used golden raisins, apricots and figs)
- 1 large egg (for egg wash)
