Taste very much like parsnips. I’d go a little easier on the cayenne next time. 1/4 tsp was too spicy. Over all very yummy. I’ll try soaking next time to see if they do crisp up.

Excellent recipe!! Very fast and easy! The rutabaga was crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. I added paprika and chili powder. Instead of olive oil I used an avocado spray. I will make this again.
