- 1/8 cup fresh parsley
- 3 tsp. lemon zest (Optional or add as much or as little as you like)

- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (add more if you like)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (add more if you want it creamier)

Yummy! Got my shrimp fix!

This turned out amazing! I did not want the shrimp to overcook so just as they got pink i took them out of the pan and set it aside. In the same pot I the added the remaining butter, garlic, spices, lemon and replaced the cream with 1cup of coconut cream and warmed it all up then readded the shrimp, tossed it all together for a minute then added the pasta. Delicious!

It was good! I did a few things differently, I added velveeta, used macaroni noodles, and I cooked the shrimp in the butter and seasonings then strained the shrimp over the pot I mixed up the sauce. Turned out well!

This was delicious, however, I believe the recipe could be incorrect because it had a lot of butter.I would not add butter prior to making the Alfredo sauce

A lighter dish than the creamy kind, but just as satisfying.
