It is pretty good. I like that it is a quick, easy, healthy balanced meal. I would have liked a little more seasoning, but I also understand that it is a cuisine different than my own and that may be part of it.

Easy and flavorful! As recommended by another reviewer, I added 1 T worcestershire sauce, 1/2 t paprika, & a sprinkle of garlic powder. Served over jasmine rice & topped with sriracha.

Very quick, simple and flavorful. Followed the advice to cook the vegetables separately in parallel and it resulted in a great texture. Will make again.

Really good, easy, quick. Only change I’d make is to start cooking the meat in one pan while you sauté the veggies in another. This was my second time making it. First time, the veggies were mush (sautéed then steamed from cooking the meat) by the time the meat was brown.
This time, I cooked the meat and veggies separately but at the same time, then dumped the veggies onto the browned meat and then added the kale. Veggies were perfect once the kale shriveled down.

Quick dinner, put it over some brown rice. It's really good, however I tend to like more seasoning. So added coconut aminos and a bit of Tabasco to my bowl and it was much better. Thinking I'll try it again with some chili oil and a bit of fresh basil. 😋

A nice alternative with ground beef, great way to use kale. Added tablespoon on Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tbls paprika, more garlic powder on top of 4 cloves of garlic and lots of salt and pepper. Will add crushed red pepper to my own serving. Serving over rice. Yum!

Added paprika, 3 garlic cloves and splash of Worcester sauce. With additional spices it was very good.

Good but not spectacular. Added mushrooms & beef bone broth maybe not enough...still bland. I’ll try some other spices & maybe Worcester sauce or soy sauce next time. Could use more than 1 clove of garlic.

Delicious! My kids loved it, too. we modified by adding more seasonings, but it could have been okay with just salt and pepper. we also didnt have the kale completely soft. the crunch was a nice added texture!
