- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (tamari for gluten-free)
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. tapioca starch (cornstarch will work, too)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- carrots (julienned)
- cucumber (thinly sliced or julienned)
