    It was DELICIOUS! I used retried beans instead of black beans, and only cooked it for 10 minutes bc it smelled like something was going to burn (high altitude maybe?).

    i made shredded chicken, and followed the directions about layering. My family throughly enjoyed it, they couldnt finish thr portion that i gave them, but I ate all of mines though
