Very tasty! My husband loved this and if you slice your onion and veggies the same of a little smaller than suggested (1cm) then the resize cooks exact!

This was really good, but the time allowed to cook the onions and peppers wasn't quite enough for us. I had to pull the chicken pieces out so they wouldn't get overdone and put the veggies back in for another 10 minutes at 425, then broil for 5 minutes.

Delicious! Family loved it. The cinnamon spice enhances the flavor of the chicken.
