    It had a funny taste, so I added some sour cream but it still tasted bad. I did enjoy making it, but did not enjoy eating it.

    I used fajita seasoning instead of taco seasoning.. It’s pricey but was so good. Probably enough to feed 4 or 5 people. I would add some lime juice to add a little more tang.
