- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (divided)
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 2 stalks green onions (minced, I was out of green onions and used white onions instead)
- 4 cups rice (leftover, DO NOT USE FRESHLY COOKED RICE!)
- 3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots (defrosted)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 drops sesame oil

super-easy. I would only suggest adding more spices. I added garlic and onion powders, along with Cajun seasoning because my fam puts that on everything. I would also suggest seasoning the shrimp well because it's noticeable if it hasn't been seasoned.

I loved it! My family doesn’t like sesame oil so I’m did it with out it. I cooked my rice the same day but put it in the deep freezer for about an hour. Great quick meal

Personally not an egg person... 2 eggs vs 3 was perfect for me. Used freshly cooked rice, was fine. Yummed this recipe for the future.

made it for the first time tonight and it was a hit! so simple and delicious my family was racing that it's better then getting it from the Chinese restaurant.

My husband loved it.
I didn't have green onions so I used onion powder. I cut the recipe in half. Turned out great
