amazing and easy to follow recipe, i swithched the siracha sauce for scorpion pepper sauce it added a nice little zing to the recipe but such a tasty recipe and I had a wonderful time making it.

It needed a bit more hoisin sauce, which I added. It was quick, flavorful and filling!

Overall I find that this recipe is a great starting point. Next time I make it I'm omitting the bok choy and cinnamon. The cinnamon is quite overpowering. But overall it was very good and the best pho recipe that I have found.
