    Amazing…I love chili and cornbread so this is perfect!! I use 1 1/2 packs of McCormicks chili seasoning instead of the other spices listed. I use frozen corn in the chili instead of creamed corn in the cornbread. Also, I spread a bag of Mexican cheese beneath the cornbread instead of adding it on the top. Delicious!!!

    really liked this. the ratio to me was a little off... maybe a box and a half of jiffy and a half a can of corn for the topping. that is just me... i like saucy stuff, little less breading. but other than that super tasty and simple.

    What an amazing dish! The entire family LOVED it. It’s easy, relatively quick, and it’s delicious. It doesn’t get much better than that!
