I liked this recipe for Skillet Mushroom Chicken Thighs. I added twice as many mushrooms and shallots, so I added more broth. It could use some extra seasoning.

My family enjoyed this meal. Per other comments, this dish could use more seasoning. I added mixed greens (kale,spinach and chard), which was a good addition.

really liked this recipe, but it needed a little something. i saw someone suggested adding sherry and that helped. i tried adding a bit of fresh lemon juice toward the end and that brightened the whole dish up. fresh herbs are a plus, too.

Biggest hit ! Added a bit of heavy cream once the chicken was removed and fully cooked to make a nice sauce over rice.

Love this. I added spinach to this recipe. I will make again but make more sauce and maybe add carrots... Forgot to add picture. We ate it up.😋
