This was really good. I made my own easy homemade marinara sauce. My picky husband and 1 year old loved it. Lots of leftovers too which reheated well.

Tried it twice burnt and dry on low

Didn’t expect it to turn out that good! We are currently living without a stove but have a crock pot I have missed pasta so much! Glad I decided to try this!

thought the pasta would be over or under cooked, but it came out perfect. I used 25oz of 4 percent cottage cheese instead of the ricotta. Great comfort meal
Not dry.

very dry. needs spices and freshness, like crushed tomatoes or something.

The noodles weren't hard but there was very little flavor. I added a ton of seasoning. The amount of ricotta the recipe calls for makes the sauce extremely thick, too. Not a fan.

I’m not a fan of how much ricotta the recipe calls for. It wasn’t a good cheese .sauce ratio. I would add another 24 oz of sauce. Plus you’ll have to wing your own seasonings. If you cook it on high for 2 hours in crockpot, you should t have trouble getting the noodles to soften.

sauce to cheese ratio off. made it impossible for the noodles to cook through. ended up throwing out the whole dish.

Turned out great. I had it on high for 1hr and low for 1.5hr and the pasta was not hard like other comments suggest.

I cooked it on high for an hour, then on low for 3 hours. I did not have a problem with the noodles being hard. Pretty good!

pasta was still hard
