Great recipe. Easy too

The flavor was good. The smokey flavor was a bit overwhelming with this amount of liquid smoke, so I would use less next time. To balance, I played with the flavor (to taste) adding more black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, ketchup & a tiny bit of salt. A1 or Worcestershire could be good too, but I didn’t try adding those. I forgot to save some of the sauce to use when serving, so I recommend either saving some when adding to the crockpot or use 1.5lb of chicken instead of 2lb.

Doubled the recipe and made this for a crowd-liked that the barbecue sauce didn’t have a burnt taste after being in the crockpot so long! Would make it again!

Tasty BBQ sauce. Tripled the recipe and made this for a crowd. Had offers to take the small amount of leftovers off my hands.
