We didn't love it, but I'm sure it's good for some.

This turned out super tasty, super easy, and it is super healthy. I replaced the water with veggie broth and used a tablespoon of celery salt instead of celery which wasn’t on hand. I also used one organic russet as was suggested as an addition. We salt and peppered as desired individually. Quick and full of flavor! I’ll make this again.
