Definitely too wet even after 4T cornstarch. I added mushrooms and spinach to it. Very tasty. Added crushed red pepper. Will definitely make again with half the liquid.

I made adjustments based on other reviews- I used 4 cups of broth instead of 5, but it really only needed 3, so I recommend putting 2 in initially with the chicken, then adding the 3rd when you add the pasta! Otherwise you’ll end up having to add quite a bit of cornstarch slurry like I did in order to thicken up the sauce. I also garlic powder for more flavoring, as well as dried parsley. In the end, it was very tasty!

AMAZING! I added some pesto sauce to it and it turned out sooooo well. I highly recommend this recipe.

I read previous reviews and used 3 cups heavy cream and 3 cups broth and it turned out perfectly creamy!

The store was out of heavy cream, so I used half and half. But I took Austin’s advice and used one cup less of broth and half and half than the recipe called for, and then added a mix 5 Tbsp ea of cornstarch and water after the pasta was done and before I put the chicken back in, and it worked out perfectly. Will definitely make again - maybe with the heavy cream, definitely while playing around with seasoning

Watery, even when using less cream and broth. Also.. the directions itself were odd. Said to use warmed stock? Then didn’t provide the amounts to use within the directions so I kept having to back out and look at the Yummly app to view how much of each ingredient to use.
And not for nothing, but it takes no time at all to make chicken Alfredo without a crock pot. Not sure why I used this recipe? Lol.

I appreciate some of the other reviews that gave me a warning for watery sauce. To avoid this, I basically used 1 less amount of whatever it said for heavy cream and chicken broth and it came out perfect. You can definitely add broth later if it’s looking too dry. Basically the pasta should absorb the moisture. But ya mine came out perfect by using less fo the broth and cream (I used half and half instead of cream). Not watery, very moist, but no excess moisture. 1 less of whatever number it gives you for broth and cream and you’ll be good. Delicioso

Haven't added the pasta yet. But the cream separated and now looks like spoiled milk in the crockpot. Looks very unappetizing. Also it is very watery. I could probably add an entire bag of shredded cheese too thicken it up. But I don't want to waste my ingredients. Don't know what to do. I may end up serving the chicken and broccoli separately with a salad, and forget the noodles altogether. Too bad, because I'm working at an empty house and don't have any extra ingredients or tools to fix this apparent dinner disaster.

Very good and very rich. I did leave out the additional 2 cups of broth. Sauce thickened when it sat a bit.

Tasted really good but it was soooo watery! I was expecting it to be much creamer/thick like Alfredo. I added a ton of corn starch and it didn’t really help.

I just made this tonight and it was really good! The chicken was moist and my fiance & I really enjoyed it. (I only had 1.22 lbs of chicken and it was still a great ratio of meat to noodles.) The one thing that I will suggest is to season the chicken and the sauce with more than salt & pepper! For the chicken, I seasoned with an all purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. For the sauce, I used the same seasonings plus basil, oregano & parsley right after I put in the noodles. It turned out good, but it only gets 4 stars because the sauce was very watery. I added cornstarch at the end, but it didn't help much. Consider adding cornstarch at the start of the recipe.

Great family loved it

Delicious!! The only thing I did was add a little cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce a bit but it was delicious!
