OMG this was fantastic! Thank you for sharing this recipe. I don’t eat pork so I used turkey cutlets, and just made it in the skillet because the cutlets cook in like 12 minutes. I let them get nice and brown. Served with a side of wild rice and steamed broccoli. My husband ate three cutlets! Will definitely make again.

didnt have honey so I used brown sugar instead and changed the veggie broth for home-made beef stock. it came out good. will make it again for sure

Super easy!! I put it in the oven at 375 for 50 min instead! Delicious!
