Great! Super easy and delicious

Awesome recipe! The meat turned out perfectly tender and the sauce was delicious! Served it over jasmine rice and steamed veggies. The only thing I did differently was to dredge the meat in flour and seared it before slow cooking in the instant pot, so the sauce was the perfect consistency without thickening with corn starch at the end.

i love this recipie so much, i make it all the time! i recently got an instant pot and it makes this recipie so much faster if i dont feel like cooking it in the slow cooker, i cook it for 30 minutes on high pressure. however i leave out the rice wine vinegar because its a bit hard to find and expires very quickly but i dont think its a necessary ingredient in my opinion. i love this stuff so much (: it goes amazing with rice or bread (or in my case i use both)

This was a very easy and delicious dish that the whole family loved. I will be making this again. I did not use the Sesame oil, to me it drowned out the other flavors after I added it to the sauce mixture. I remade the sauce and left that out. Also the next time that I make this I will double the sauce ingredients so there is a little extra when it’s done cooking. I did a sear on my meat first then cooked mine on high heat and it was still juicy and was ready in about 4 1/2 - 5 hours. I did give it a stir every hour to make sure the flavors were hitting all of the meat. I made white rice and a side of cabbage to complete the dish

Fantastic! Great flavour and had gyoza as a side. Definitely a keeper.

My whole family loves this recipe!

Great recipe. Really great way to use beef cubes especially if they aren’t the best quality. Would probably try to marinate the meat overnight next time. Would also consider using a better cut of meat as well like a London broil. Also, used quite a bit of gochujang that I had in the fridge rather than sriracha and it was good. It is Korean beef-ish flavor... not totally authentic but the whole family loved it.

I added broccoli to the slow cooker about 20 minutes before we were ready to eat and served it over basmati rice - great weeknight meal and so easy!

Really easy, tastes great

Delicious! I only used half the amount of brown sugar to prevent it from being too sweet and syrupy at the end, added extra pepper. Sauce thickened up nicely with slow cooker on high for about 30 minutes at the end of cooking. Also added two heads of chopped broccoli for the last 30 minutes. Served with steamed brown rice.

The positive side is this recipe is very simple to make. Unfortunately my husband and myself were disappointed with the taste. I was surprised with all the rave reviews.

Beef was very tender and flavorful. Plan on making it again. We did not use Siracha but a couple drops of hot sauce.

amazingly tender and delicious. a very simple meal for even fussy eaters!

Very good. Will make it again. Meat was very tender over rice made a great dinner.

This was a hit at our house. I cooked the meat on high for 3 hours and do agree with people when they say it was too long especially with the extra high 30 min at the end. I accidentally did 1 tablespoon of Siracha instead of a teaspoon but the spice cooked out. We will be making this again

Tasted awesome and the meat was super tender

I think this would be better with gochujang rather than siracha. Felt like it had cooked way too long, but I also used rump roast due to lack of food in grocery stores.

It was very nice will try again Mick

Very good. Super easy to make.

This was very good. Based on comments, I doubled the cornstarch and the sauce was very thick. It definitely needed an extra hour in the slow cooker to help make the meat more tender

Delicious!!! A nice option for your chuck roast. Served it with rice and broccoli. Made extra to bring for lunches.
