Oh my god so freaking delicious! First time cooking grits but it was so good by boyfriend said it’s the best he ever had. Spicy but you can adjust, if not enjoy!

Made it once with carrots instead of celery and once following the recipe. I think the carrots added some sweetness the dish needed. I'll have make it with them in again sometime. Leftovers are also great over white rice.

First time cooking grits. So that was an experience getting them firm but the shrimp recipient was fantastic! I didn’t add the cyan and used Emil’s essence. I will do this one again.

Very delicious recipe. A bit salty but that is easy enough to fix. Definitely recommend. Even my kids loved it!

It was very good, a little on the hot side, put more heavy cream in it , after that it was great!!!!
