The directions didn’t tell how much lemon juice or where to add it.. I added 1tbs to the batter before i mixed in the whipped egg mixture. If you carefully mix it well the result is a very tasty and fluffy pancake!

These turned out great! I used a stand mixer and it turned out much better than the first time I made these with a hand mixer. I also used regular flour and they turned out great.
