The whites are too runny for me at 13.5minutes... I added two minutes and the whites still runny but the yolk getting firm. Maybe reduce temp and add cook for 20 minutes next time.

It turned out as you said. Nice texture. I'd like to use it with today's eggs from the farm, but I only had fresh from the store, however fresh that is.
