Best breading I have ever used for any fried seafood. I made pink Argentine shrimp with it and am making fried soft shells with it for my birthday. I only eat fried seafood twice each year. This is my new go to without a doubt, forever. I even jazzed it up with more old bay, paprika, and creole seasoning. BEST EVER!!!!!!

Perfect. I will use less seasoning in the dry mix but they were delicious !!
