This was scrumptious. Everyone in the family liked it. Great late night snack with ice cream.

There in some blueberries as well and it was delicious. Personally I would have liked more cobbler, but that was just me.

AMAZING! My 21yo son took one bite and said "WOW!" I usually like more of a pie crust top on cobbler but the flavor and texture on this was equally good if not better. I will definitely make it again! Thank you! Made it as written, no modifications and with fresh, ripe peaches. It was plenty moist and the topping amoun just right!

I left out the white sugar and used canned peaches turned out amazing. I did double the dough recipe but probably didn’t need to it turned out amazing. My wife like it because it’s not “soggy” like most cobblers. Will definitely remake this one.

Excellent. Four thumbs up from a 7 & 10 YR old. I used home canned peaches in their own liquid, so didn’t add the extra sugars. Also tossed in some frozen blues and blackberries! Simple is a nice bonus

Delicious! Underestimated the amount of peaches I needed (I grew small ones, so it was hard to measure) but still did 1.5x the topping. Addded 1 tsp vanilla extract. Perfectly crispy and good amount of sweetness! Family said this was better than another recipe I tried.

Adjust a few things but will use base again.

This is a yummy peach cobbler. Everyone loved it.

Delicious! I took some tips from other reviews and added more peaches (12), a splash of vanilla and doubled the topping. I sprinkled the cinnamon and sugar on the last 15 minutes, but next time I will wait until about the last 7-10 minutes. I also didn’t use all of the cinnamon and sugar topping as it seemed like a bit much. Will definitely use this recipe again and try it with other fruits too!
