- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 avocados (peeled, pitted and cut in half)
- 4 limes (cut in half)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt

Directions
- Combine all ingredients in 9" x 13" pan.
- Add pork to Marinade and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours, up to overnight.
- Remove pork from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
