Delicious. My family doesn’t like mushrooms so I substituted shredded carrots; the sauce needed less reducing time as a result. Very flavorful!

As always crepes (store bought)are a bit finicky. But the taste is supreme, this recipe is very flexible. Add more or less of whatever. I will say we doubled the spinach.

This was delicious! I skipped the mozzarella cheese at the end because I thought it was rich enough without it. I will make it again.
