Honestly, this dip was not good compared to another one I had made awhile back. I wish I could find that recipe, and I think with tweaking this one could be great but it needs some different ingredients/ratio of ingredients.

I made this tonight and it is SO good! I used sour cream because my Greek yogurt somehow disappeared and whole milk mozzarella. I’ve been going through a major cooking rut lately but thank you so much for posting this. It’s so nice to make something that actually sounds and tastes amazing.

Made this dip,it turned out delicious.It makes alot. You can cut recipe in half for 2 people.

The artichoke hearts are crucial in this one. Makes a large dip and lasted well for a few days in the fridge, without losing flavour. A favourite amongst family, friends, and banters alike! Everyone wanted the recipe - thanks!!

I placed all the ingredients in a slow cooker and took it to work for a pot luck. I placed it on high for a couple of hours, then low. It was the first thing gone and I had people e-mailing me all day for the recipe!
