Very good and easy to put together. Added portobello baby sliced mushrooms before adding eggs so they were not over cooked. Asparagus had a nice crunch to it. Did not follow seasoning measurements exactly simply added what I liked so I did not overdo it. Broiled for 5 minutes until nicely browned. Also used skim milk to reduce fat and used 4 egg yolks and 10 egg whites to reduce cholesterol...

We liked it! But not sure if I missed read directions on spices or if they are too heavy.
I made it into a quiche- 35 min @425 degrees. first- sautéed onion, asparagus and then added mush for just a minute. Put in bottom of the 9x13, added 9 eggs and added evap skim milk, instead of cream. Had more Parmesan then Goat cheese, so flipped amounts.
I’ll try it again, but with less of the herbs.
