This is good! I like that you cook everything in the same pot. I used frozen artichoke hearts, so I needed a little extra salt but they’re fresher so I prefer them. I also added a little lemon zest for an extra lemony taste.

A great balance of flavors and textures. It was both filling and refreshing, and made LOADS of the salad. This is going to be one of my potluck go-tos in the future.

Tasty, bright and a healthy side to grilled chicken sausages. As pretty as it is deee-licious and a welcome addition to our summer cookout. Served in a low white bowl with a handful of slivered almonds sprinkled on top - loved the extra crunch!

A great pasta salad with a lot of vegetables. I zested the lemon first before juicing. Instead of the pasta I used gluten free edamame pasta. It has a nutty flavor and is delicious with the other ingredients

This turned out great; made as main course by adding grilled shrimp. Also used dried dill, parsley, and chives. Easy week night dinner.
