Also added ancho and cayenne chili and hot paprika. We let it sit overnight. My husband said it’s the best marinade ever!

This was a great marinade! The flavor was fantastic! We would definitely make this again. We kept the steak in the marinade overnight and it was very tender.

Is tasty. Only thing I am going to do different next time is half the cumin.

Did not like. The beef filet was kinda chewy after marinating and cooking IAW instructions.
