This was so good like someone else mentioned cooking on high was bad idea. I started on medium and lowered to med low. I also subed the milk for cashew milk (dairy allergies) still turned out amazing. The rest of the fam couldn't tell it was dairy free! will make again.

Perhaps I misunderstood the instructions and followed the recipe wrong but my gravy came out a little burnt on the bottom so I suggest cooking it on a temperature lower than high and stirring it very frequently. Aside from that, it tasted really good! I would like to give it a go again with these alterations.
