Delicious, my family loves this and requests it a lot. Easy recipe to make for any special occasion. Cool and delicious for a summer barbecue or pretty for Christmas or anytime you need a colorful dessert.

Really tasty and very pretty! I used sugar-free jello, so I let it thicken in the refrigerator for about half an hour before adding the strawberries and pouring it on for the top layer. It all came together wonderfully! The one note that I would make is to use unsalted butter in the crust- the salt from the pretzels combined with salted butter was a little overwhelming for me.
