It was good! I made it with ground chicken instead of beef and added some more spices to it to give it a kick. I added onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder to the sauce mixture and we loved it! Extra sauce/chicken mixture would be good on tortillas too!

It was good I chopped Fred tomatoes because I didn’t have sauce and it worked out perfectly.

Fantastic xcept peppers weren’t done had to put them back in oven with tomato sauce to get them soft will definitely make again thanks

Turned out yummy! I wanted to make stuffed peppers different than my normal ones, so gave this a shot. I did add a little more Italian seasoning, red peppers and garlic to it because I love bold flavors.
I also dice up the tops of the peppers and added it with the onions like I do mine.

Very good! I didn't use breadcrumbs and used slices of provolone instead of mozzarella, but turned out amazing! Will definitely make them again!

I made this recipe tonight and it was delicious. I doubled the recipe to use for stuffing a spaghetti squash. it was a total hit. Tip would be to read all directions before hand. IF not the process will be longer for you. The only thing I did differently was cook the peppers with meat without cheese for 15 mins and 5 mins with cheese my preference. As well as added more sauce on top before baking.
