    I made mine Mexican style by using taco seasoning. same prep and turned out great!

    I changed the cheeses and I added some to the stuffing. I used the yellow, red, and orange peppers. I also added a lil bit of spaghetti sauce to the tops. But this was fantastic and came out great. We will definitely be having it again.
