    Very light salad, have to have carbs as whole meal bread to make it a nutritious meal. I obviously didn't use butter but fried onions and three paprika in oil, till they were dark brown. Salad Taste nothing special. Fine as a salad goes, but not wow.

    The flavors were very good. I added a splash of olive oil at the end. Great summer salad. I will make this again.

    This was so good! I used vadalia onions and let them carmelize a bit. The basil and lemon adds a wonderful flavor. I used parmesan instead of feta due to kidney transplant. Yum. This will be a staple from now on.
