Turned out great! I left out the honey and added some paprika and cayenne because the corn was already really sweet and wanted a little heat

this was good but i think it's a little too sweet. im a 4 cream 4 sugar in my coffee kinda girl so i feel that's saying something. i think it needs more bacon. sausages would probs be really good. half the honey and maybe add some cayenne and nutmeg for depth.

I used as a base for my own version. I used 2x potatoes, chicken stock instead of water, heavy cream, Italian spices, parsley, dill and few drops of Tabasco. Everything turned out great!
Tip: if it is too thin, thick it with flexseed flakes from Costco.

Smells so good, turned out perfect! I substituted half & half with heavy cream, water with organic chicken broth and yellow for red onion.

Good, but not as rich and creamy as I’d like my chowder to be.

Made with ham instead of bacon and put in chicken stock instead of just water. Really good

I know this is called "summer corn chowder" but it's a great meal to make during the cold months. Great flavors. I added chicken with the onions and bacon. I used 2 cans of corn instead of corn on the cobs and I used heavy whipping cream instead of half and half since I didn't have any. I will definitely be making this again.
