- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about ½ of a large lemon)
- 1/2 can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 Granny Smith apple (large, cut into chunks, discard the stem and seeds)
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds

This drink is very bland. I added honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. I also substituted half the water for apple juice. These changes made a world of difference in this drink.

Not very good kind of bland and thick

Not very tasty. Quite grainy and hard to swallow. Perhaps coconut water would help.
