Turned out sooo juicy and flavorful definitely helps to marinate in ziploc bag for a day or two.

I used frozen/thawed boneless skinless Tyson chicken breasts. This is definitely by far the most moist chicken I’ve ever made. I’m not sure what it is that does it but I’ve got to assume the lemon juice as it’s the only ingredient I haven’t used before when baking chicken. However, the lemon juice also gives this a bit of a tart taste so if you don’t like lemon, it’s probably not going to work for you.

This is just sooo good!!! I marinate mine for like six hours and it really takes a lot more cooking time. So moist and juicy. I cook mine uncovered. I have made this several times. Love, love, love it!!
