Awesome! Quick tip I learned here https://mysushikitchen.com/perfect-sushi-rice/
Wet your hands before handling the rice so it does not stick!

My family loved this!

I like it, I’m not Asian though. This was the easiest sushi rice recipe I’ve ever made. It is a little heavy on the vinegar flavor but I prefer that - if you like less, use less.

A pretty easy, relatively simple recipe. I used the only rice I had on hand, which was long grain white rice, and it still turned out great. My only change would be to add just a touch more sugar as I like my sushi rice a little sweeter. It seems to get better after being in the fridge over night.
One thing's for sure: You definitely need to use SEASONED rice vinegar for this recipe. It has a milder, sweeter flavor than regular rice vinegar. Otherwise your rice is going to taste too sour.

This was VERY vinegary. Quickly used the first recipe to make sushi and realized my mistake too late. As I poured a questionably large amount of rice vinegar into my rice the smell was intense. The intense vinegar taste was there too. Definitely isn’t like restaurant sushi rice. It was like eating vinegar with a side of sushi ingredients. BUT if you like vinegar a lot,try this recipe out

This recipe makes excellent sushi rice

Worse sushi rice recipe ever! Don’t ever make it, will make you waste all the ingredients and you CAN NOT MAKE SUSHI WITH IT. Tastes of rice pudding.

Just like restaurant sushi rice!

Good recipe and method. Next time, I'm using less vinegar and less sugar.

Not the best recipe. I followed the directions EXACTLY and the dressing turned out too sour! I will attempt a different recipe with less rice vinegar next time!
