It came out good I doubled the recipe to feed my big family, it was a lot of work but delicious.

This recipe is delicious

Only change I made was to add 2Tsp Baking powder to the meat mixture and 1/8th tsp ground clove. This was excellent and exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be in the winter and party rotation!

Replaced ground pork with a pack of bacon since that's what we had on hand, great flavor! Overall solid recipe

Modified but not because it needed it. Ground up some smoked pork sausage leftover to mix with 1/2 and 1/2 pork/beef. Pan fried half, air fried the other half. Turned out great. Didn’t measure for the gravy. Do this long enough and muscle memory kicks in. Served over a potato/parsnip mash (with some horseradish) and topped them balls with a tamarind/date chutney that I mixed with Ikea’s lingonberry syrup. Yum. 10/10.

MaKing it now. Looks good

So good! Added worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder and doubled the sauce. The sauce could have been thicker even though I already cut down on the broth. In the future I would start at half the amount of broth and eyeball it from there.

Awesome
Followed the recipe and my husband thought it was just like his Swedish Mama’s, can’t beat that!

This is a very easy recipe! I really enjoyed it the only thing is the gravy isn’t very flavorful. The adding of sour cream is delicious and I added a ton of salt I can’t figure out what it’s missing but I would do make this again

Excellent recipe. Made a few modifications: added garlic, oregano, basil, sage, and teriyaki sauce to meatball mixture before rolling. Held on the nutmeg and egg. Pan fried the meatballs to obtain crust on all sides and finished in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

I’ve made this twice now and have been super happy with it both times.

Turned out great! Very flavorful! I used beef boullion and water instead of broth so it was a tad salty but great recipe!

My husband loved it!! I made my own meatballs and used 3 cups of beef broth instead of 4 cups. Otherwise followed the recipe. Turned out a nice rich creamy beefy flavor goodness. Served over wide egg noodles, perfect!!

i made these for my family and they LOVED IT!
I also just made a gluten free version with turkey meat so let's see how my father loves it.

Absolutely delicious! I couldn't throw away the leftover gravy, I just wanted to make more! They were the first to go at a meatball potluck. Thanks! Lord bless!

This came out quite delicious. The picky kid loved them; the more discerning kid did not strangely. I had them for leftover lunch for several days. I used fancy wagyu ground beef and wild boar (the grocery was out of ground pork!) I think it made them more rich!
