Truly delicious! Didn't had the chinease spice powder so changed for some Sriracha and that give it a really nice touch

Delicious. But I get a little lazy. So while the pork is still cooking in the soup, I take out some soup to mix with potato starch then put the slushy mixture back in to create the gravy.
