I have been making this dish for about 30 years. There are just a few small differences. I use a whole stick of butter and a Tbsp of vanilla and no salt for the filling and in the topping I use 1/3 cup SR flour and 1/3 cup butter. All the rest is the same. This dish is delicious!

Very Good, i did mine in an oven bake dish. It was very good right out of the oven but also reheated the next day.

I made this souffle for my family last night, they loved it. I'm definitely making this again, but I would add cinnamon and a bit more brown sugar. This is a great find, thank you for sharing this yummy recipe!

It set up well. Topping was good. Will decease the amount of sugar next time. A little too sweet
