very floury flavour. my toddler enjoyed it but it wasn't a taste I personally would rush back to

This recipe makes a dough that can be used as a “thin bun” for sliders.
I used:
1 cup pumpkin
1 3/4 +/- oat flour
2 T. Applesauce
1 T. Baking powder
I used a little rice flour and pumpkin pie spice when I rolled out the dough-yum!
