- 2 chicken breasts (large, cut into tenders, I cut the chicken breast into thin tenders then pound them with a mallet to be a bit thinner)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Sriracha (depending on how hot you like it)
- crushed red pepper flakes (if desired, optional)
- sesame seeds (for garnish, if desired, optional)

This was delicious! I didn't have AP flour, so swapped it with glutinous rice flour and it turned out really crunchy. I also used chili oil instead of the sweet chili and the flavor was a little too strong. I will probably make sure to have the correct ingredients next time. Overall, the chicken was super crunchy. Thanks for sharing.

Great! Used a smaller amount of Sriracha than called for but it was the perfect heat for me.
