This has a fantastic flavor!
I baked at 400 for 20 minutes, flipped and baked for another 20. Then I added the glaze and baked for another 10.

Pretty tasty. I suggest baking first in a hot oven for about 8 minutes or so and then broiling on both sides.

My sauce didn’t glaze over but it was a great mix of sweet and spicy!

I leave out rice vinegar, salt, chili powder. I use lemon juice to give a slight salt flavor & tang, and I use red ground cayenne pepper to give it more of a kick.
And because there's a lot of calories in dark chicken meat, I use chicken wings.
