So... I made this, but not all the way. I started too late and everyone was hungry so I ended up throwing the chicken/tomato mixture into flour tortillas and covered them with cheese. I did use the avocado ranch to coat the tortillas for the adults... I can’t wait to make the actual recipe.

It was amazing! In the words of my boyfriend (who is obsessed with Taco Bell) they were delicious and will save him a fortune from not going to Taco Bell anymore 😊
