These were a big hit! I made one batch exactly as the recipe stated, and another batch where I put the wonton wrapper in the muffin tin, put about a tablespoon or so of the meat mixture in and shredded cheese, then placed a second wonton ton wrapper in, then spooned in more meat mixture and topped with chees. After baking, I topped them with finely shredded lettuce, finely diced tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream the second batch was a HUGE HIT and got gobbled up I liked the second (modified) batch much more too.

I made these with ground turkey and they were amazing. My boyfriend said they would be better than nachos on game day.
